Karma Automotive

At Karma Automotive, I worked at the Karma Advanced Technology Center (KATC) as a Prototype & Development Engineer II, supporting multiple prototype vehicle programs. My work spanned the design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing of both individual components and complete vehicle systems.

As the most senior engineer on a small three-person team, I took the lead in managing engineering projects. This included setting timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating resources to ensure the team delivered high-quality results on schedule. Beyond technical execution, I focused on fostering collaboration and efficiency within the team to keep projects moving seamlessly.

My primary contributions centered on the development and integration of suspension and powertrain solutions to meet targeted ride and handling performance goals. I worked closely with the design studio to transform surface data into constraint-driven engineering solutions, enabling rapid prototyping and ensuring that functional show vehicles were delivered on time and aligned with both design intent and engineering requirements.

I had the opportunity to contribute to several exciting projects and am proud of the role I played in their success. While NDA restrictions prevent me from sharing all the details, I’d be glad to discuss everything that has already been publicly released.
